Molly - Founder and Clinical Director

I see counselling as purposeful work—an opportunity to meet yourself honestly, strengthen your nervous system, and shift patterns that quietly shape your life. My approach is grounded, direct, and deeply attuned, informed by experience in trauma counselling, addiction work, adventure therapy, and wellness leadership. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, or a persistent sense of feeling stuck, using approaches such as EMDR, talk therapy, and nervous system regulation techniques. My intention is to provide a steady, supportive space where insight can shift into embodiment, which ultimately results in authentic decision-making and a more aligned way of living.

Qualifications: I hold the title of Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BCACC.

I am also a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the ACCT.

I am a graduate of King’s College London’s MSc program in psychology and neuroscience, and I’ve completed coursework in EMDR and hypnotherapy, as well as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and cross-cultural support

Tara - RCC, CCC

I’m passionate about helping people feel grounded, supported, and more connected to themselves and others. I work in a warm, supportive, and collaborative way, helping clients build practical tools they can use in everyday life. I began my career in British Columbia working in a non-profit therapeutic day program for youth and families, and later as a school counsellor. I have also worked and lived internationally in China, Cambodia, and North Africa. This work has shaped my understanding of attachment, parenting, trauma, identity, and the impact of transitions on mental health.

I work collaboratively with clients navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, parenting concerns, and life transitions, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to move forward. I am committed to ongoing professional learning and integrating evidence-based approaches that support meaningful change

Qualifications: I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Clinical Counsellors Association, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and a member of the Alberta Counselling Therapists Association.

Testimonials

  • "There's now real forward momentum in my progress! It is so great to have [a counsellor] who is willing to be open-minded and curious whilst being grounded. She is really listening to what you're saying and doesn't push personal bias on you. She looks at all sides of a situation."

    Counselling Client

  • "I've been making positive change in my life and, even more noticeably, my internal landscape is growing and making forward progress. I'm exceptionally more aware of myself than I once was! And for the first time I actually appreciate myself for showing up to therapy and learning what I can."

    Counselling Client

  • "Some of her therapeutic modalities include those that are considered effective on tricky C-PTSD which had me ecstatic to try something that pinpoints my apparent issue... It's been a phenomenal experience of growth and I attribute a lot of that to having a phenomenal therapist."
