I’m Molly, a registered therapist in British Columbia with a passion for helping people feel more grounded, connected, and supported.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in real-life experience. Over the years, I’ve worked as an addiction counsellor, adventure therapy guide, corporate wellness manager, and trauma counsellor, and each of these roles has shaped how I show up with clients today: fully present, curious, and committed to helping you reconnect with what matters most.

I offer counselling services in BC and across Canada for individuals working through anxiety, trauma, burnout, or just the feeling of being stuck. I use a mix of gentle, evidence-based tools—including EMDR and nervous system regulation therapy—to help you build resilience and feel more like yourself again.

For those outside the Chilliwack area or wanting flexibility, I offer online therapy in British Columbia, so you can access support from wherever feels most comfortable to you.

When I’m not counselling, you’ll likely find me hiking local trails, paddling, climbing, or practicing yoga. I’m happy outside, but I also love to get cozy at home with some good food and, especially, good friends. I’m a believer in finding joy in the little things and know how important it is to have someone in your corner when life gets tough.

I became a therapist because I love connecting with people and hearing their stories. I’m fascinated by what makes each of us unique and how we all navigate our own challenges. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard, and together we can explore what matters most to you.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just want a little extra support, I’m here to help you find your way to a place that feels right for you. Let’s find your way forward, together!

Testimonials

  • "There's now real forward momentum in my progress! It is so great to have [a counsellor] who is willing to be open-minded and curious whilst being grounded. She is really listening to what you're saying and doesn't push personal bias on you. She looks at all sides of a situation."

  • "Some of her therapeutic modalities include those that are considered effective on tricky C-PTSD which had me ecstatic to try something that pinpoints my apparent issue... It's been a phenomenal experience of growth and I attribute a lot of that to having a phenomenal therapist."
