I integrate talk therapy, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you find calm from the inside out.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a proven approach for managing anxiety by helping you identify and challenge the thought patterns that fuel worry and fear. Through practical techniques, CBT empowers you to reduce anxious thoughts, develop effective coping skills, and regain control over your life.

IFS

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps you understand the different parts of yourself that contribute to anxiety, such as protective parts that feel fear or worry. By building a compassionate relationship with these parts, IFS allows you to soothe inner conflicts, reduce anxiety, and cultivate a calmer, more balanced state of mind.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an effective therapy for anxiety that helps you process distressing memories and negative beliefs driving anxious responses. By reprocessing these triggers, EMDR reduces anxiety symptoms, allowing you to feel calmer, more in control, and better equipped to face life's challenges.
